How do I invest in the AMP Capital Small Companies Fund?

It’s easy to invest in the AMP Capital Small Companies Fund. All you need to do is complete the application form found in the relevant Product Disclosure Statements (PDS). Then send your application to us with your initial investment amount. Please note the minimum investment for each fund is $30,000.

The PDS also contains helpful information to guide you through the application process.  You can request the PDS in two ways. It can be mailed to you directly, or you can download a PDS online.

Once you have completed and signed the application form, return it to us together with either your cheque or direct debit information and we will take care of the rest.

How is the AMP Capital Small Companies Fund managed?

The AMP Capital Small Companies Fund offers investors the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of Australia’s potential future growth stories and provides access to new and fast growing industries. 

The Fund aims to provide long term capital growth by investing primarily in a diversified portfolio of small companies listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.  

We look for smaller companies that:

• generate a strong free cash flow
• manage their capital effectively
• have sustainable long term growth prospects
• demonstrate strong management capability and vision

The resulting portfolio is diversified across industries within the small companies sector. This diversification helps to generate consistently high performance over the long term.
