Luke Briscoe is the Managing Director of AMP Capital Office & Industrial, AMP Capital’s in-house asset and property management team, providing management services to AMP Capital’s Australian property portfolio. The team manages some of the country’s premier commercial and industrial properties and Luke is responsible for overseeing the delivery of investment performance for O&I’s clients, aiming to provide operational efficiencies and to protect the value of each property for the client.

Commencing with AMP Capital in February 2016, Luke brings more than 20 years’ experience in property to his role, including fund management, leasing and agency experience. Luke joined AMP Capital from Charter Hall where as Head of Asset Management he had overall responsibility for the Asset Management team and the investment performance of a $7bn office portfolio. In addition to his role at Charter Hall, Luke has held senior positions with Colliers International and The GPT Group where as Assistant Fund Manager he actively contributed to the performance of the GPT Wholesale Office Fund (GWOF).

Luke holds a Bachelor of Business in Property (Valuation) from the University of South Australia and is a member of the Property Leadership Team.

Close Jon Lesquereux is Head of Office – Asset Management, responsible for managing and overseeing AMP Capital’s Office Asset Management Team. The team works closely with the Fund, other dedicated AMP Capital teams, advisors and market participants to ensure that property performance is optimised. Bringing 25 years of property experience to his role, Jon has worked across office, industrial and retail assets in London, Auckland and Sydney.

Louise Monger is the Head of Property Management and Sustainable Performance, responsible for overseeing the Property Management, Operations and Sustainability teams within AMP Capital Office & Industrial. She also oversees the National Operations Group which is responsible for Operations and Sustainability initiatives and performance in both AMP Capital Shopping Centres and Office & Industrial portfolios.

Prior to her appointment in 2015, Louise was the Head of Asset Operations for AMP Capital Property, responsible for providing leadership and strategy in the areas of operations, procurement, sustainability and health and safety for the Office & Industrial and Shopping Centre portfolios of AMP Capital’s property clients.

Joining AMP Capital in 2011, Louise commenced as Regional Operations Manager NSW, bringing over 10 years’ experience in technical and management positions in commercial real estate and facility management to her role.

Louise is the Chair of the Asset Management and Building Regulation Committee for the Property Council of Australia and sits on the Steering Committee for the Cleaning Accountability Framework. Louise holds a Masters of Facilities Management from Sydney University and is a qualified electrician.

Close Murray Middleton is Head of Development, responsible for the identification and realisation of over $2 billion of development projects in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, managed by AMP Capital on behalf of clients. Murray is also responsible for leading the Quay Quarter Sydney project, a $1.5 billion mixed use development at Circular Quay in Sydney. Appointed to his role in March 2015, Murray commenced working in the property industry in 1987 and brings a broad range of experience to his role through his involvement in various Australian and international projects and business groups.

Adrian is responsible for providing financial and analytical support across property, asset and development management and to other internal and external stakeholders. Adrian joined AMP Capital in 2007 after six years at Jones Lang LaSalle where he held the position of National Director of Finance, Lease Administration and Compliance. Prior to this, Adrian spent six years at Fairfax where he held a number of senior finance roles. Adrian has significant experience leading large finance teams through major cultural and system change programs.
