Luke Briscoe is the Managing Director of AMP Capital Office & Industrial, AMP Capital’s in-house asset and property management team, providing management services to AMP Capital’s Australian property portfolio. The team manages some of the country’s premier commercial and industrial properties and Luke is responsible for overseeing the delivery of investment performance for O&I’s clients, aiming to provide operational efficiencies and to protect the value of each property for the client.

Commencing with AMP Capital in February 2016, Luke brings more than 20 years’ experience in property to his role, including fund management, leasing and agency experience. Luke joined AMP Capital from Charter Hall where as Head of Asset Management he had overall responsibility for the Asset Management team and the investment performance of a $7bn office portfolio. In addition to his role at Charter Hall, Luke has held senior positions with Colliers International and The GPT Group where as Assistant Fund Manager he actively contributed to the performance of the GPT Wholesale Office Fund (GWOF).

Luke holds a Bachelor of Business in Property (Valuation) from the University of South Australia and is a member of the Property Leadership Team.

Jennifer Di Bartolomeo is responsible for guiding the development of the AMP Capital Office & Industrial brand value proposition and articulation of how the team delivers exceptional real estate experiences, particularly as it relates to customers, clients, providers and our people. Jennifer joined AMP Capital in 2016 with over 15 years’ experience in marketing, communications, investor relations and customer experience across all major real estate classes. She has held a number of strategic marketing roles for leading real estate companies including CBRE, The GPT Group, ING Real Estate and has consulted to a number of private owners in mixed use and residential developments. Jennifer is a Certified Practicing Marketer and holds a Bachelor of Communication (Public Relations) and Masters of International Communication.

Evan is responsible for providing financial and analytical support for the AMP Capital Office & Industrial portfolio. With responsibility for managing the commercial finance, accounting and analyst functions, Evan ensures the broader team is provided with accurate, timely and insightful analysis to inform business decisions. 

Evan joined AMP Capital in 2016 after eight years at Charter Hall where he held the position of Office Property Financial Controller, responsible for the financial reporting and analysis of their $7.5 billion office portfolio. Evan has significant experience leading finance teams through cultural and system change programs. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance), Bachelor of Applied Science (Mathematics) and a Masters of Professional Accounting.

Andrew Quade was appointed Head of Industrial in 2016 and is responsible for ensuring the delivery of investment performance through asset, property and development management to deliver AMP Capital Office & Industrial investment goals. Joining AMP Capital in 2015 as a Senior Development Manager, Andrew has over 20 years’ experience across agency, valuation, asset management, development management and acquisition disciplines.

Prior to joining AMP Capital, Andrew spent eight years with GPT in the Industrial and Business Parks team delivering on the leasing, asset management and the development pipeline consistently through that period. Prior to this Andrew was at Lend Lease, where he held various roles in construction project management through to senior management, working on projects such as Fox Studios, Darling Park, and CBA’s relocation to Sydney Olympic Park. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Geomatic Engineering).

Hamish Stuart is the Head of Leasing, Office for AMP Capital Office & Industrial, responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of the leasing function for the office assets of AMP Capital’s clients. 

An international real estate professional with 16 years’ experience, Hamish joined AMP Capital in 2017, bringing a background spanning all stages of the investment life cycle in all major asset classes throughout Australia, the Middle East, South East Asia, and Africa. With particular expertise in commercial Leasing and Investment Management, Hamish has extensive real estate in experience in both the listed and private sectors, with a focus on operational turnaround and improvements, strategic planning, and managing joint venture partnerships.

Prior to joining AMP Capital, Hamish worked in Dubai for more than eight years, holding roles in Asset Management with the last 5 years in particular working for the private equity arm of the Dubai Government managing a portfolio of luxury hotels across Thailand and Africa. Hamish’s experience also includes asset management and transctions roles across commercial, industrial and retail sectors at EG Funds Management, Valad Property Group and Dexus. 

Hamish holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney.

Close Jon Lesquereux is Head of Office – Asset Management, responsible for managing and overseeing AMP Capital’s Office Asset Management Team. The team works closely with the Fund, other dedicated AMP Capital teams, advisors and market participants to ensure that property performance is optimised. Bringing 25 years of property experience to his role, Jon has worked across office, industrial and retail assets in London, Auckland and Sydney.

Louise Monger is the Head of Property Management, responsible for overseeing the Property Management, Operations and Sustainability teams within AMP Capital Office & Industrial. She also oversees the National Operations Group which is responsible for Operations and Sustainability initiatives and performance in both AMP Capital Shopping Centres and Office & Industrial portfolios.

Prior to her appointment in 2015, Louise was the Head of Asset Operations for AMP Capital Property, responsible for providing leadership and strategy in the areas of operations, procurement, sustainability and health and safety for the Office & Industrial and Shopping Centre portfolios of AMP Capital’s property clients.

Joining AMP Capital in 2011, Louise commenced as Regional Operations Manager NSW, bringing over 10 years’ experience in technical and management positions in commercial real estate and facility management to her role.

Louise is the Chair of the Asset Management and Building Regulation Committee for the Property Council of Australia and sits on the Steering Committee for the Cleaning Accountability Framework. Louise holds a Masters of Facilities Management from Sydney University and is a qualified electrician.

Lisa works with the Property leadership team in all aspects of people-related matters, including talent development, diversity, inclusion, organisational design, and performance and reward. Lisa has 10 years’ experience in human resources, sales and business management, and has been with the AMP Group for five years. She has held a number of roles within People and Culture, in Recruitment, Organisational Development, and Business Partnership.

Lisa has previously supported the AMP Capital Global Distribution, Infrastructure Debt, Finance and Legal divisions in a business partnering capacity.

Close Chris Nunn is Head of Sustainability at AMP Capital Real Estate. AMP Capital has a property portfolio valued at approximately $23 billion, mainly in Australia and NZ, consisting of approximately 80 shopping centres, offices and industrial assets. Chris has 17 years' experience in sustainability.

Chris started out as an Environmental Lawyer, working for 5 years as an environment and planning lawyer at major Australian law firm MinterEllison and then as a litigation solicitor at the Environmental Defender’s Office in Sydney. Chris was awarded a Chevening Scholarship to study a Masters degree at the London School of Economics, after which Chris spent a further 5 years working in London as Associate Director of Sustainability for design and engineering consultancy Atkins. In 2011, Chris moved back to Sydney to work as Sustainability Leader at engineering consultancy Norman Disney & Young, then worked as Sustainability Director for global property management company JLL, joining AMP Capital in September 2015.
