Latest results from Chant West surveys

We are pleased to announce that the Future Directions of diversified and single sector funds have ranked well in the latest Chant West Multi-Manager Survey.

Over the two year timeframe in particular, all options in the Future Directions diversified options with the exception of the Future Directions High Growth Fund, are ranked in the top quartile, with the flagship Future Directions Balanced Fund ranked 8th out of 63 competitors on a two year basis.

The single sector Future Directions range which comprises of 12 options across various asset classes, have consistently generated competitive performance and as a result, are highly-ranked over numerous time periods. This includes:

• In Australian bonds, the Future Directions Australian Bond Fund is firmly positioned in the top quartile, ranking within the top 25% of peers over the quarter and on 1 year, 3 year, 5 year and 7 year basis.



• In International bonds, the Future Directions International Bond Fund is ranked in the top quartile over a 1 year and 3 year period.



• In Australian shares, the Future Directions Australian Share Fund is positioned in the top quartile over 3 months, 1 year, 3 year and 7 year periods. In addition, the Future Directions Australian Small Companies Fund is in the top quartile over the quarter, 1 year, 3 year and 5 year periods and is ranked 1st out of peers on a 1 year timeframe.



• Within international shares, the umbrella Future Directions International Share Fund is in the top quartile for the quarter and 7 year periods. The Future Directions Core International Share Fund is ranked 1st out of 26 peers for the quarter. The Future Directions Emerging Markets Share Fund is in the top quartile for the quarter and on a 3 year basis, whilst also ranking 1st out of 9 competitors for the quarter.

The performance of the FDF range is also reflected in the 5 apples rating (the highest possible rating) awarded by Chant West earlier this year.
