Chris Judd

Chris is the Fund Manager of AMP Capital Investors’ Global Direct Property Fund, being appointed to his position in July 2006. Chris brings more than 15 years experience in the property industry to the role, having broad property funds and capital markets experience. As Fund Manager, he is responsible for establishing and implementing the Fund’s strategy and investment performance. His role also encompasses investor relations and principal contact with our global partners..

Australian Core Property Portfolio
Fund Manager - Louise Joslin

Louise was appointed Fund Manager to AMP's flagship property fund, the Australian Core Property Portfolio, in January 2006 and is responsible for setting and implementing the portfolio strategy. Louise was previously Fund Manager for the AMP Capital Property Income Fund and brings over 25 years experience in the Australian property industry to her role. Louise joined AMP Capital in 1995 as Head of Property Research and is a past NSW President and Director of the Property Council of Australia.

AMP Wholesale Office Fund
Fund Manager - Henry Elliott

Henry has 21 years of experience in the property industry, both in Australia and the UK, and has been managing the AMP Wholesale Office Fund since its inception in May 2004. Henry joined AMP Capital in 1999 and managed the Property Transactions team before managing the AMP Statutory Fund No 1 property portfolio. He was previously a director of Schroeders Property and has extensive experience in all of the major CBD office markets in Australia.

AMP Capital Shopping Centre Fund
Fund Manager - Conrad Sinclair

Conrad has over 16 years experience in the property industry and in the past, has worked on the development of a number of major shopping centres throughout Australia for major property trusts and property developers. Conrad joined AMP Capital in August 2000 as a Retail Asset Manager managing a number of regional shopping centres across Australia prior to his current role.

Fund Manager - Michael Fisk

Michael is responsible for setting and implementing PIF's investment strategy and delivering strong investment performance. Prior to his current role, Michael worked as a Portfolio Manager with responsibility for private clients and as an Asset Manager in AMP Capital's Property division. Michael has more than 20 years experience in the property industry, the last three of which have been with AMP Capital.

Head of Opportunity Funds - Dale Phillips

Dale is the Fund Manager for all our opportunistic funds in the property sector. Dale has over 15 years property development experience. His experience is across all facets of the development process including design, management, leasing, construction, costing, programming and feasibility. Dale joined AMP in 1986 and held positions as Leasing Manager, Property Manager and Project Coordinator for property developments.

Fund Manager - Brett Ward

Brett is the Fund Manager for all our Listed Property Trust funds. Brett has a valuable blend of listed and direct property skills, including ‘sell side’ stockbroking experience. Prior to joining AMP Capital in 1999 Brett was a research trader/dealer for Deutsche Bank Property Group, and before that he worked in the property team at BT Funds Management. Brett commenced his career as an accountant for Ernst & Young.
