Andrew Bird
Director of Property and Chief Investment Officer

Andrew is the Head of AMP Capital Investors' $13 billion property investment and management business. With over 25 years' experience in the property industry in Australia, the UK and Asia Pacific, Andrew oversees the portfolio management of property assets for external clients, significant private client portfolios and opportunistic funds. In addition, he supervises AMP Capital's substantial property investment services. As Chief Investment Officer, Andrew is responsible for overseeing the Property Investment Committees which govern investment strategy and strategy implementation.

Simon Vinson
Managing Director, AMP Capital Investors Singapore and Head of Asian Property

Simon is responsible for overseeing the development of AMP Capital’s new Asian office hub in Singapore. In addition, as Head of Asian Property Simon is responsible for establishing our property investment capability in Asia and is also responsible for all aspects of property investment research, acquisitions and disposals, and portfolio management in the region.

Andrew Bennett
Head of Property Funds Management

Andrew Bennett joined the AMP group in August 2001 and is responsible for overseeing the management of AMP Capital's suite of property investment products. These include the AMP Statutory Fund Numbers 1, 2 and 3, Wholesale Office and Shopping Centre Funds, the Property Portfolio Service and the Property Income Fund, assisted by a team of individual fund management professionals.

Chris Judd
Fund Manager, Global Direct Property Fund

Chris is the Fund Manager of AMP Capital Investors’ Global Direct Property Fund, being appointed to his position in July 2006. Chris brings more than 15 years experience in the property industry to the role, having broad property funds and capital markets experience. As Fund Manager, he is responsible for establishing and implementing the Fund’s strategy and investment performance. His role also encompasses investor relations and principal contact with our global partners.

Anthony Beverley
Head of Investments and Acquisitions, New Zealand

Anthony has overall responsibility for the property investment business of AMP Capital in New Zealand and for its involvement in AMP Capital's global property business. The domestic business includes the largest private property fund in New Zealand, the AMP Capital Property Fund and the listed AMP NZ Office Trust.

Dale Phillips
Head of Opportunity Funds

Dale Phillips is responsible for AMP Capital Property's Opportunity Funds which include the Property Development Portfolio Series and the Select Property Portfolio. Dale joined the AMP Group in 1986 and has 18 years experience in property. He is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute.

Peter Feros
Managing Director, AMP Capital Shopping Centres

Peter oversees the centre management, leasing and marketing, asset and property management and development of a portfolio of more than 43 shopping centres in Australia and New Zealand. He has over 20 years experience in property, working for Colonial First State Property before joining AMP Capital Investors in 2002.

Richard Burton
Managing Director, AMP Capital Office & Industrial

Richard heads AMP Capital Office & Industrial, which manages the majority of AMP's commercial and industrial property assets in Australia. Richard brings over 10 years experience in the Australian property industry to the role.

Steve Gosper
Chief Operating Officer, Property

Steve oversees AMP Capital Property’s Investment Operations Team, a role that encompasses business strategy, finance, communications, risk management and IT. With a strong engineering background, Steve has over 25 years experience in all facets of the property and construction industries including retail and commercial asset management, property development, retail and commercial property management, strategic facilities management and building services.
