Global Direct Property Fund

Launched in 2006, the Global Direct Property Fund is an open ended trust investing in direct property in Europe, North America and Asia. The Fund’s objective is to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns, working with regional specialists with expertise within their particular region’s property, financial and taxation environments.

AMP Wholesale Office Fund

Product type - Unit trust product
An open ended unlisted trust with an exposure to high quality commercial assets in Sydney and Melbourne. The aim of the fund is to achieve a return consistent with a core value-add risk profile. The emphasis is on low volatility underpinned by diversity and strength in income stream.

AMP Capital Shopping Centre Fund

Property Income Fund

A close ended diversified unlisted trust, with an income yield focus and an ability to gear between 20% and 30% of gross assets. The fund focuses on smaller quality properties of between $5-50 million.

Property Development Portfolio series

Product type - Wholesale trust, now closed to new investors.
Three close ended unlisted funds focused on development opportunities in Australia. The first property development portfolio was established in 1997, and the third fund of the series in 2003. Each fund manages $100 million to $120 million in equity and can gear up to a maximum of 70% per project.

A close ended unlisted diversified fund, established in 2003 focusing on higher return/higher risk property opportunities, with potential for offshore exposure. The fund raised $105 million in capital commitments and has a 7 year term.

A close ended unlisted diversified fund, established in August 2005 focusing on higher return/higher risk property opportunities in the Australasian property market. The fund aims to capture an internal rate of return of 17% (before fees, tax and fund expenses) over its 7 year term.

Global Property Securities

An open ended unlisted diversified fund, that invests in property securities listed on stock exchanges around the world, giving investors access to a broader range of property activities than are available in the Australian listed property market.
