Fund aim

The Core Plus Strategies Fund seeks to invest in short & long-term fixed interest securities, including government, bank and corporate securities, in domestic and global credit markets. AMP Capital will aim to use interest rate futures, interest rate swaps and other derivatives to minimise the interest rate risk.

Investment objective

The investment objective is to provide investors with a total annual return (after costs and before tax) higher than the UBS Composite Bond Index on a rolling 12 months basis.
