Andrew Bird, BSc Urban Land Administration, MRICS

Andrew Bird is responsible for AMP Capital's property investment and management business. Mr Bird oversees the portfolio management of property assets and the group's substantial property investment services. As Chief Investment Officer, he is responsible for overseeing the Property Investment Committees which govern investment strategy and strategy implementation.

He has over 25 years' experience in the property industry in Australia, the UK and Asia Pacific. His property investment experience includes property management roles with APN Funds Management, Colonial First State and Potter Warburg Asset Management. Prior to investment management Mr Bird worked for property agents Richard Ellis (Melbourne and Jakarta) and PTS Widjojo (in Jakarta) and before that, the British Rail Property Board (London).

Adam Tindall, BEng (Hons)

Adam oversees the investment operations functions, encompassing the coordination of business strategy, finance, communications, risk management and IT for AMP Capital Property. He is also responsible for AMP Capital's wholly-owned asset management businesses AMP Capital Office & Industrial and AMP Capital Shopping Centres.

Adam has more than 20 years of extensive experience in the property industry, including as Executive Director, Property and Infrastructure at Macquarie Capital Advisers and in various leadership roles at Lend Lease Group in construction, development and property management prior to the position of Chief Executive Officer, Asia Pacific for Bovis Lend Lease.

Adam is responsible for the teams that provide the asset, property and development management for a combined portfolio of over $15 billion* of office, industrial and shopping centre properties and oversees the delivery of our investment performance to our clients.

Louise Mason, BA, LLB (Hons)

Louise was appointed Managing Director of AMP Capital Office & Industrial in May 2010, and heads one of the largest in-house asset, property and development management teams in the industry.

Louise joined AMP Capital in 2005 and has over 18 years experience in property, including previous roles at AMP Capital as Head of Property Development and Head of Development for AMP Capital Shopping Centres as well as various property related positions with the Lend Lease Group.

Bryan Hynes, C SMA, GradCertSCM

AMP Capital Shopping Centres is the specialised shopping centre asset, property and development management business of AMP Capital Property.

As Managing Director, Bryan brings over 18 years of experience to his role which oversees the centre management, leasing, marketing, asset and property management and development of a portfolio of 35* shopping centres across Australia and New Zealand.

Simon Vinson, BCom (Accounting, Finance & Systems), DipVal

Simon was appointed Head of New Business Initiatives in March 2009 and leads the team which is responsible for sourcing and developing new business and product opportunities for AMP Capital’s Property business. He is also responsible for the overall strategy, management and delivery of investment performance for our suite of Opportunity Funds including the Select Property Portfolio.

Appointed Head of Asian Property in 2006, Simon is responsible for establishing and growing our property investment capability in Asia and all aspects of property investment, research, acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management in the region. Joining the AMP Group in 1982, Simon has extensive property experience, working in many and varied property roles throughout this time.

Adrian Williams, BBus, CPA

Adrian Williams is Head of Property Finance, responsible for providing financial and analytical support across property, asset and development management and to other internal and external stakeholders.

Adrian joined AMP Capital in 2007 after six years at Jones Lang LaSalle where he held the position of National Director of Finance, Lease Administration and Compliance. Adrian has significant experience leading large finance teams through major cultural and system change programs.
