With a focus on quality property and strong lease covenants, AMP Capital Wholesale Office Fund (AWOF) offers investors exposure to high quality assets across the principal office markets in Australia and New Zealand.
AWOF’s portfolio management team focuses on building a selection of assets that is well placed in terms of occupancy and lease expiry, and applies an active asset management and leasing strategy. The emphasis is on low volatility underpinned by diversity and strength in income stream.
The Fund has 14 properties under management with a total fund size of over A$2.3 billion (as at 30.06.09).
