Close Kylie O’Connor joined AMP Capital in July 2015, and is based in the company’s Sydney office. She is responsible for investment performance of the AMP Capital Diversified Property Fund – a A$4.2 billion core fund invested in prime commercial, retail and industrial assets. Between June 2002 and June 2015, Ms O’Connor worked for Lend Lease, where she was a Fund Manager, responsible for investment performance, strategy and client relationships. Prior to this, she worked as a graduate in the Property Audit & Advisory division at Arthur Andersen. Ms O’Connor holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Land Economics from the University of Western Sydney, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from Finsia. She is a member of the New South Wales board of advisers for the Property Industry Foundation.

Close Julian is the Senior Fund Analyst for the AMP Capital Diversified Property Fund, responsible for assisting the Fund Manager in preparation and implementation of portfolio strategy as well as the application of the Investment Forecasting Model. Appointed to this role in 2014, Julian was previously the Transactions Manager within AMP Capital’s Property Capital Transactions Team.
