The Responsible Investment Leaders Balanced Fund gives investors access to capital growth and some income by investing in a portfolio diversified across all asset types, but with an emphasis in growth assets (shares and property). The investment objective is to provide a total return (income and capital growth) after costs and before tax, above the fund’s performance benchmark on a rolling five-year basis. The responsible investment framework for the fund is outlined in the fund’s Charter of Operation, which provides the minimum environmental, social and governance requirements for the underlying managers.
