The team Simon Warner Global Chief Investment Officer, Fixed Income Read bio Simon Warner Global Chief Investment Officer, Fixed Income BSc, MSc (Economics), Global Executive MBA Close Simon Warner was appointed Global Chief Investment Officer, Fixed Income in March 2017. Before this he was Head of Global Fixed Income from 2014-2017. Simon started with AMP Capital in March 2007. Simon is responsible for the management of AMP Capital’s active fixed income strategies including macro markets, credit markets, commercial lending and protected growth. With assets under management in excess of $55 billion, the Global Fixed Income team has more than 30 investment professionals in Sydney, Chicago, Hong Kong and Wellington. Simon was appointed to the board of AMP Capital Investors New Zealand Limited in July 2016. He is also co-chair of the AMP Capital Inclusion and Diversity Council and sponsor of AMProud, AMP's LGBTQI initiative. Simon began his career with JP Morgan in London, later moving to Sydney and Singapore as Chief Investment Officer for Australasia. He holds an EMBA from New York University, HEC Paris and the London School of Economics, as well as Master and Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
