Fund overview
Established in 2005, Strategic Infrastructure Trust of Europe (A$) (SITE) invests in a portfolio of infrastructure assets diversified by European countries and sectors. SITE offers access to a diverse range of infrastructure sectors, including energy/utilities (e.g., energy generation, energy distribution and transmission, water treatment and distribution, telecommunications infrastructure), transport (e.g., roads, tunnels, airports, rail and ports) and social (e.g., hospitals, correctional facilities and schools) and asset life cycles.
The Fund currently holds seven investments:

SITE utilises AMP Capital's proven infrastructure investment methodology, which has been developed and refined over the last 20 years. Investment is also available through:
- Strategic Infrastructure Trust of Europe (GBP) - a Pounds Sterling denominated fund
- Strategic Infrastructure Trust of Europe (EUR) - a Euro denominated fund

The team also benefits from the broader AMP Capital infrastructure investment team through which it can access investment specialists with technical expertise in areas such as project finance, due diligence, portfolio management, asset management, and sector and industry research and debt advisory. In addition the team has access to the wider AMP Capital such as debt advisory, legal, tax, operations and fund accounting capabilities.
