It employs over 60 investment professionals with experience and expertise spanning a diverse range of disciplines. Our specialist knowledge and experience is essential in identifying, acquiring and managing the best opportunities for our funds and clients. Scott Davies, LLB
Global Head of Infrastructure
Scott Davies has over 20 years investment experience and a well-established presence in the global infrastructure space. He brings a strong record of establishing and growing infrastructure businesses.
Prior to joining AMP Capital in July 2011, Mr Davies was CEO of ASX listed Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Group from its inception in 2002, where he was accountable for all aspects of business performance and management. This included the development and execution of the Group’s strategic goals and objectives, management of relationship with key clients and stakeholders, risk management and key aspects of human relations. Under Mr Davies' stewardship, MCG’s revenue grew tenfold. Prior to this, Mr Davies held senior investment roles for Macquarie Capital in New York and London between 1995 and 2002, where he was responsible for Macquarie Group’s cross-border asset financing activities with a particular focus on the telecommunications sector. During this period he financed a large portion of the Europe-wide rollout of digital switching telephone networks by the major carriers and took the company’s involvement with major European carriers from virtually non-existent to one of industry leadership.
He has also held roles at Hambros Bank in London and Sydney where he was team leader in mergers and acquisitions, primarily in telecommunications. Mr Davies' major transaction was leading the sale by Mercury Communications (a joint venture between Cable & Wireless and Bell Canada) to Siemens. Mr Davies was also involved in the sale by the UK Government of the four rolling stock leasing companies (Roscos) and the Richemont privatisation of Rothmans UK.

Paul Foster, MA (International Politics), BComm, ASIA
Head of Infrastructure, Australia and New Zealand
Paul leads AMP Capital’s Infrastructure team in Australia and New Zealand. The team’s activities span deal origination, execution, asset management and portfolio management.
Paul works closely with the broader global team to generate opportunities to package and deliver infrastructure investment opportunities to existing and new clients. Paul is a member of the Infrastructure Investment Committee and has more than 18 years of financial markets and asset management experience across mainstream and alternative asset classes. Paul managed AMP Capital’s Infrastructure Equity Fund between 2003 and 2008 and was also responsible for managing AMP’s private equity fund of funds program prior to joining the Infrastructure team.
Prior to joining AMP Capital in 2000 he worked for Macquarie Bank and Perpetual Investments in funds management roles.

Boe Pahari
Managing Director - Direct Investments, UK & Continental Europe
Mr Pahri has over twenty years experience in the banking industry. Mr Pahri started his banking career at Citigroup in Sydney and subsequently worked for more than 13 years with ABN AMRO based in Singapore, Amsterdam, New York and London. During this period, Boe worked in regional and global positions, including Regional CFO for Asia Pacific, Global Head of Strategy and M&A, Global Head of Proprietary Structuring Group, Head of Emerging Growth Markets, Head of Infrastructure Capital, Americas, Global Head of Integrated Finance/Infrastructure Capital, Global Head of Special Situations and Distressed Capital and Global Head Structured Capital. Subsequently, in Royal Bank of Scotland Boe was appointed Global co-Head Principal Strategies.
Mr Pahri has lead Principal, Advisory and Leading teams across Asia, North America and Europe and personally led the creation and development of a number of businesses for ABN AMRO and RBS.
Mr. Pahari is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in Sydney, with a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of NSW, and a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney.

Anoop Seth
Head of Infrastructure, Asia
Anoop Seth spearheads AMP Capital’s infrastructure investments in Asia, and is Head of our China and India infrastructure fund. He joined AMP Capital in 2007 with significant experience in public sector businesses in India. A key achievement was his role in advising the Government of India during the privatisation of Mumbai and Delhi airports – India’s largest privatisation to date.
Mr Seth holds a MMS (Finance) degree from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani. As well as English, Mr Seth is also proficient in Hindi and Punjabi.

Andrew Jones
Managing Director, Infrastructure Debt
Andrew Jones is responsible for leading AMP Capital’s infrastructure debt activities globally. Mr Jones has over 25 years of experience in the industry, and joined the investment team in January 2000. Mr Jones has significant experience sourcing, arranging and managing infrastructure debt assets in all of the target markets of the Fund. From 2004 to 2010, he was a member of AMP Capital’s Infrastructure Investment Committee which considered equity investments for AMP Capital’s infrastructure equity investments. Prior to joining AMP Capital, Mr Jones held senior roles within the project finance teams at National Australia Bank and National Westminster Bank’s Australian operations. Mr Jones holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Flinders University (Australia) and is a Member of AMP Capital’s Infrastructure Debt Investment Committee.

Greg Maclean, BSc
Head of Research, Infrastructure
Greg Maclean joined AMP Capital as Head of Research, Infrastructure expanding the team’s investment research capabilities. Prior to this appointment he worked as a consultant on many AMP Capital Infrastructure acquisitions and restructurings. Greg has also assisted in strategic projects including the successful spin off of AMP Capital’s listed energy entity, Diversified Utility and Energy Trusts (DUET), and with portfolio construction. Greg brings particular focus on the impact of operational factors on Infrastructure’s investments and clarification of overall risk as well as finding hidden value.
Greg’s corporate background includes significant experience at a senior level with Lend Lease and in joint venture activities of Lend Lease and the French company Suez.
