AMP Capital Structured High Yield Fund
Fund overview
The AMP Capital Structured High Yield Fund gives investors access to a diversified private debt portfolio that invests in defensive businesses including infrastructure assets such as gas distribution networks and airports.
Due to the Fund's current liquidity position, withdrawal requests are no longer being accepted. Instead, we intend to make quarterly capital distributions to all investors pro rata. The amount of each quarterly distribution will be the amount of available cash in the Fund, subject to (among other things) making provision for the Fund's current and anticipated liabilities. We intend that capital distributions will be made on 31 January, 30 April, 31 July and 31 October. At this time we are unable to determine with any certainty the Fund's ability to make capital distributions every quarter. We believe this is the fairest method of providing liquidity to investors in the current climate.
