The company has a total portfolio of 42 shopping centres. This includes 38 shopping centres under combined asset and property management in Australia and New Zealand. AMP Capital Shopping Centres also represents AMP’s interest in four co-owned centres and asset manages Karrinyup Shopping Centre in Western Australia and Malvern Central in Victoria.

The portfolio includes Australia’s number 2 centre for specialty store productivity, Garden City Booragoon, and Australia’s number 3 centre for total gross sales, Warringah Mall.*

In 2004, AMP Capital Shopping Centres assumed asset and property management responsibility of Northbridge Plaza, Royal Randwick Shopping Centre, Marrickville Metro Shopping Centre and Auburn Home Mega Mall, following the purchase of these properties by AMP’s various property funds.

In total, AMP Capital Shopping Centres has property management responsibility for approximately 1,141,321 square metres of retail space throughout Australia and New Zealand, with combined annual sales of more than AUD$5 billion.
