Retirement

Providing investors with a sustainable cashflow so they can live a financially-comfortable life in retirement is a key focus for government, super trustees and fund managers alike.

This is for institutional investors only

Introduction

Challenges for retirees

Living longer, low interest rates and market volatility presents challenges for retirees. No longer can retirees rely on high interest rates for income. Nor is it financially sensible to maintain an accumulation strategy in a decumulation phase. Having the right balance between income and growth, and appropriate risk management strategies in place is essential.

Partnering with our parent company, AMP Limited, Australia’s largest superannuation provider, AMP Capital has many years of experience in understanding and responding to these challenges.

Solutions

Future Cash Flow Fund Range

For investors approaching, or already in retirement, the most important priority is to have a consistent income stream which supports their needs and goals. The Future Cash Flow Fund range is designed to better enable investors in retirement to orderly drawdown on their capital. The Funds deliver known monthly cash flows, adjusted for inflation, until all income and capital is returned to investors.

The Range comprises three individual managed funds with each providing a different level of cash flow. The funds can be used standalone or in conjunction with one another or with other funds to deliver a desired cash flow profile.
