AMP Capital Graduate Program

We use the information gathered from our Assessment Centres to prepare individual development reports for all our Graduates. These reports outline your main strengths and work preferences, while also providing clarity around your potential development needs so as to create a development plan tailored specially to you.

We understand the importance of developing both technical and business soft skills in our Graduates. A series of development modules form a part of a tailored training program designed to improve your business soft skills, which can be applied practically in your work environment.
