Core Property Fund
The AMP Capital Core Property Fund gives investors access to a diversified portfolio of high quality direct property (50%), Australian listed property trusts (25%) and global listed property securities (25%) through underlying funds. The Fund’s exposure to international investments is in normal circumstances hedged back to Australian dollars with the aim of minimising the volatility of investment returns due to currency fluctuations.
