Stephen Dunne

Stephen Dunne, BBus, MBA, CFA, F Fin

Managing Director

Stephen Dunne joined AMP Capital in 1994 and was appointed Managing Director in 2004. He has over 25 years experience in investment management, both in Australia and in the United Kingdom. AMP Capital is a specialist investment manager which manages funds across a range of asset classes including equities, fixed interest, property and infrastructure. AMP Capital has offices in Australia, China, India, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, the UK and the USA, with a strong focus on Asia Pacific.

Prior to being appointed Managing Director, Stephen held a number of roles within AMP Capital, including Director of Client and Marketing for Asia Pacific and Director of AMP Asset Management for Australia and New Zealand. Before he joined AMP Capital, Stephen held a number of managerial roles at National Mutual Funds Management. Stephen is a Chartered Financial Analyst, holds a Master of Business Administration from Monash University and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (Finsia).

David Kiddie

David Kiddie, BA (Hons) (Economics)

Director, Multi Asset Group & Specialist Investment Teams

David commenced with AMP Capital in November 2009 as director of the Multi Asset Group and in November 2010 took on additional responsibility for the Specialist Investment Teams of Fixed Income, Active Equities and Multi Strategy Equities. In this capacity, David is responsible for the strategic direction and development of this broad investment group, as well as the overall performance of the funds managed within the group. David brings more than 25 years’ global experience in investment management and financial services to the role, and is also a member of the AMP Capital Leadership Team.

Prior to joining AMP Capital, David was an investment adviser for AllenbridgeEPIC, a company of independent investment experts who advise pension funds and investment committees on investment-related issues; and a non-executive director for Trade Union Fund Managers. To March 2008, David was chief investment officer (equities) of ABN Amro Asset Management. There he led teams across multiple geographies with investment responsibility for equities, multi-manager, fund of hedge funds, listed real estate and listed infrastructure. David joined ABN Amro from Baring Asset Management, where he spent three years running the equity teams globally. Prior to this, David was chief investment officer at Rothschild Asset Management/Insight Investment, with responsibility across equities, balanced portfolios and multi manager funds. Between 1994 and 2000, David was Director of Pan European Equities at Hill Samuel Asset Management. David’s early career also included roles at Sun Life Investment Management as Head of European Equities, Enskilda Securities as a strategist, and Baring International and Chemical Bank as a fund manager. David has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Honours from the University of Kent in the UK.

Scott Davies

Scott Davies, LLB

Global Head of Infrastructure

Scott Davies has over 20 years investment experience and a well-established presence in the global infrastructure space. He brings a strong record of establishing and growing infrastructure businesses.

Prior to joining AMP Capital in July 2011, Scott was CEO of ASX listed Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Group from its inception in 2002, where he was accountable for all aspects of business performance and management. This included the development and execution of the Group’s strategic goals and objectives, management of relationship with key clients and stakeholders, risk management and key aspects of human relations. Under Scott’s stewardship, MCG’s revenue grew tenfold. Prior to this, Scott held senior investment roles for Macquarie Capital in New York and London between 1995 and 2002, where he was responsible for Macquarie Group’s cross-border asset financing activities with a particular focus on the telecommunications sector. During this period he financed a large portion of the Europe-wide rollout of digital switching telephone networks by the major carriers and took the company’s involvement with major European carriers from virtually non-existent to one of industry leadership.

He has also held roles at Hambros Bank in London and Sydney where he was team leader in mergers and acquisitions, primarily in telecommunications. Scott’s major transaction was leading the sale by Mercury Communications (a joint venture between Cable & Wireless and Bell Canada) to Siemens. Scott was also involved in the sale by the UK Government of the four rolling stock leasing companies (Roscos) and the Richemont privatisation of Rothmans UK.

Andrew Bird

Andrew Bird, BSc (Urban Land Administration), MRICS

Director and Chief Investment Officer, Property

Andrew is the head of AMP Capital’s $15 billion property investment and management business. With over 30 years of experience in the property industry in Australia, the UK and Asia Pacific, Andrew oversees the portfolio management of property assets for external clients, significant private client portfolios and opportunistic funds. In addition, he supervises AMP Capital’s substantial property investment services including asset management, commercial and industrial property management, development, research and investment strategy, capital transactions, treasury management and finance. As chief investment officer, Andrew is responsible for overseeing the property investment committees, which govern investment strategy and strategy implementation. Andrew joined AMP Group in April 2000 from APN Funds Management in Melbourne. Prior to his role at APN, he was Head of Property at Colonial First State (CFS). During his nine years at CFS, Andrew had overall responsibility for their Australian property portfolio and was involved in the creation of a number of sector-specific listed property trusts, the rationalisation of wholesale investments and the improvement in CFS’s property positioning. Andrew also had involvement with CFS’s UK, European and NZ property portfolios. Prior to joining CFS in 1991, Andrew was a director at Potter Warburg Asset Management (from 1989), involved in the management of direct and listed property portfolios. Previously, he spent over four years working in the Melbourne office of property agency Richard Ellis. This followed five years working with Richard Ellis and PTS Widjojo in Jakarta, across the various aspects of management, sales and leasing, and a three-year period with the British Rail Property Board in London. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Urban Land Administration) from the Portsmouth Polytechnic in the UK and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Anthony Fasso

Anthony Fasso, BCom

Director, International Business

Anthony was appointed to his current position in February 2010. As Director, International Business, Anthony is responsible for the development of AMP Capital’s strategy with regard to strategic initiatives and business development in offshore markets.

Anthony has 27 years financial services experience, with over 20 years in funds management. His most recent position was Chief Executive Officer of AXA Rosenberg Asia Pacific and AXA Investment Managers Asia Pacific, where he was responsible for $40 billion in assets under management and successfully set up joint ventures in China and India. Prior to this he was Director, Private Wealth Management at Deutsche Asset Management in Australia, where he led the business across Asia Pacific. As Chief Executive Officer and Head of Institutional Asset Management of Bank Julius Baer & Co Limited in Hong Kong, he built the institutional asset management sales and marketing function in the region and oversaw the expansion of their private banking activities. Anthony has also held several senior positions at BT in Asia and Australia.

Brian Delaney

Brian Delaney, FAICD, DipFS (Financial Planning), AdvDipFS (Financial Planning)

Business Director, Client, Product & Marketing

As Business Director of the Client, Product & Marketing division, Brian is responsible for all aspects of the sales, product development, strategic marketing and service of AMP Capital's institutional, retail and high net worth segments of the Australian market. As a member of the AMP Capital Leadership team, he is responsible for the brand, strategy and risk management of AMP Capital’s business globally.

He is a Graduate of the Executive Education Program at the Harvard Business School and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He also holds the Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and the Postgraduate Certificate in Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management. He is a Board member AMP Capital Brookfield, a joint venture responsible for Global Listed Property Securities and Global Listed Infrastructure.

Jim Dawson

Jim Dawson, BSc, CA

Finance Director

Jim is responsible for leading AMP Capital’s finance team, for the delivery of finance services to the business and for contributing to the strategic direction of the company. He has been with the AMP group for more than 10 years during which time he has held a number of finance positions.

Jim has more than 24 years of global financial experience and has worked in the financial services industry for more than 10 years. Prior to joining the AMP Capital business in 2008 as Deputy CFO, he was the Head of Management Reporting for the AMP group. Before joining AMP, Jim worked for chartered accountants KPMG in England, Germany and Australia. Jim has a Bachelor of science in mathematics from Imperial College London and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Peter Sipek

Peter Sipek, AGSM MBA (Executive)

Head of Operations

Peter was appointed as AMP Capital's Head of Operations in February 2010. He is responsible for leading the Investment Services unit which consists of the Investment Control and Investment Operations teams. The key middle office services provided by the Investment Services unit include mandate compliance, performance analytics, vendor management, data management, trade and corporate actions support, transitions and business implementation.

Peter joined AMP Capital as Head of Investment Operations in December 2006 following over eight years as Colonial First State’s Head of Investment Operations. In this role Peter was responsible for developing, implementing and managing Colonial First State’s investment operational functions which included the First Choice product range. Prior to this, Peter has held operational management positions with Prudential Portfolio Managers Australia, Tullett & Tokyo and National Australia Bank. Peter holds a Masters of Business Administration (Executive) from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Prue Milne

Prue Milne, BEc, LLB, LLM

Executive Legal Counsel

Prue Milne joined AMP on 15 June 1998, the day that AMP became a publicly listed company. Prue became Executive Legal Counsel at AMP Capital in July 2005, ceasing her three-year role as board executive and company secretary of AMP Limited. Prior to that, Prue was Executive Legal Counsel, Group Office, providing advice to senior executives in AMP’s corporate office in Sydney on wide ranging legal issues including acquisitions, integrations, ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Law obligations. Before joining AMP in 1998, Prue spent seven years with Blake Dawson Waldron in Sydney as an associate in their corporate and commercial group specialising in managed investments, trusts, public listings and mergers and acquisitions. Prue Milne holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University, a Master of Laws from Sydney University and a Graduate Diploma in Secretarial Practice from Chartered Secretaries Australia.

Sharon Davis

Sharon Davis, BA (Psych, Sociology), GrDip Bus (Law)

Director, People and Managing Director’s Office

Sharon is responsible for a range of responsibilities at AMP Capital including People, M&A coordination, Business Strategy coordination and management activities on behalf of the Managing Director. Sharon also oversees AMP Capital’s Finance and Operations divisions and is responsible for the business relationship with our client AMP Life. Sharon has an extensive background in human resources and management in a diverse range of companies in Australia and New Zealand spanning public sector, engineering, management consulting, and financial services industries.

Sharon joined AMP in 1996 in the Banking subsidiary in New Zealand and then relocated to Australia into the role of Head of HR for Customer Service - Australian Financial Services. Sharon has since held senior roles including HR Director, AMP Financial Services and Director, Shared Services and currently holds the position of Director, People and Managing Director’s Office for AMP Capital. Sharon’s broad experience is complemented by educational qualifications in psychology, employment law and commerce.

Craig Ryman

Craig Ryman, BComm

IT Director

Craig was appointed to his current position of IT Director in January 2009. Craig joined AMP in 1997 holding a variety of roles within large IT change programs. He started as a Business Analyst within the Corporate Superannuation division before moving to AMP Bank in 1999. Later that year, he was seconded to the UK where he worked primarily in the International and Technology Division as an IT Project Manager delivering innovative solutions. In 2005, Craig took on a role within AMP Capital as IT Program Manager on a large business transformation program responsible for developing the IT strategy, roadmap and delivery aspects of the program. Craig holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University.
