Stephen Dunne, BBus, MBA, CFA, F Fin

Chief Executive Officer

Stephen Dunne joined AMP Capital in 1994 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2004. He has over 25 years experience in investment management, both in Australia and in the United Kingdom. AMP Capital is a specialist investment manager which manages funds across a range of asset classes including equities, fixed interest, property and infrastructure. AMP Capital has offices in Australia, China, India, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, the UK and the USA, with a strong focus on Asia Pacific.

Prior to being appointed Chief Executive Officer, Mr Dunne held a number of roles within AMP Capital, including Director of Client and Marketing for Asia Pacific and Director of AMP Asset Management for Australia and New Zealand. Before he joined AMP Capital, Stephen held a number of managerial roles at National Mutual Funds Management. Mr Dunne is a Chartered Financial Analyst, holds a Master of Business Administration from Monash University and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (Finsia).

Scott Davies, LLB

Global Head of Infrastructure

Scott Davies has over 20 years investment experience and a well-established presence in the global infrastructure space. He brings a strong record of establishing and growing infrastructure businesses.

Prior to joining AMP Capital in July 2011, Mr Davies was CEO of ASX listed Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Group from its inception in 2002, where he was accountable for all aspects of business performance and management. This included the development and execution of the Group’s strategic goals and objectives, management of relationship with key clients and stakeholders, risk management and key aspects of human relations. Under Mr Davies' stewardship, MCG’s revenue grew tenfold. Prior to this, Mr Davies held senior investment roles for Macquarie Capital in New York and London between 1995 and 2002, where he was responsible for Macquarie Group’s cross-border asset financing activities with a particular focus on the telecommunications sector. During this period he financed a large portion of the Europe-wide rollout of digital switching telephone networks by the major carriers and took the company’s involvement with major European carriers from virtually non-existent to one of industry leadership.

He has also held roles at Hambros Bank in London and Sydney where he was team leader in mergers and acquisitions, primarily in telecommunications. Mr Davies' major transaction was leading the sale by Mercury Communications (a joint venture between Cable & Wireless and Bell Canada) to Siemens. Mr Davies was also involved in the sale by the UK Government of the four rolling stock leasing companies (Roscos) and the Richemont privatisation of Rothmans UK.

David Kiddie, BA (Hons) (Economics)

Director & Chief Investment Officer, Multi Asset Group & Specialist Investment Teams

David Kiddie commenced with AMP Capital in November 2009 as director of the Multi Asset Group and in November 2010 took on additional responsibility for the Specialist Investment Teams of Fixed Income, Active Equities and Multi Strategy Equities. In this capacity, Mr Kiddie is responsible for the strategic direction and development of this broad investment group, as well as the overall performance of the funds managed within the group. Mr Kiddie brings more than 25 years’ global experience in investment management and financial services to the role, and is also a member of the AMP Capital Leadership Team.

Prior to joining AMP Capital, Mr Kiddie was an investment adviser for AllenbridgeEPIC, a company of independent investment experts who advise pension funds and investment committees on investment-related issues; and a non-executive director for Trade Union Fund Managers. To March 2008, Mr Kiddie was chief investment officer (equities) of ABN Amro Asset Management. There he led teams across multiple geographies with investment responsibility for equities, multi-manager, fund of hedge funds, listed real estate and listed infrastructure. Mr Kiddie joined ABN Amro from Baring Asset Management, where he spent three years running the equity teams globally. Prior to this, Mr Kiddie was chief investment officer at Rothschild Asset Management/Insight Investment, with responsibility across equities, balanced portfolios and multi manager funds. Between 1994 and 2000, Mr Kiddie was Director of Pan European Equities at Hill Samuel Asset Management. Mr Kiddie’s early career also included roles at Sun Life Investment Management as Head of European Equities, Enskilda Securities as a strategist, and Baring International and Chemical Bank as a fund manager. Mr Kiddie has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Honours from the University of Kent in the UK.

Andrew Bird, BSc Urban Land Administration, MRICS

Director & Chief Investment Officer, Property

Andrew Bird is responsible for AMP Capital's property investment and management business. Mr Bird oversees the portfolio management of property assets and the group's substantial property investment services. As Chief Investment Officer, he is responsible for overseeing the Property Investment Committees which govern investment strategy and strategy implementation.

He has over 25 years' experience in the property industry in Australia, the UK and Asia Pacific. His property investment experience includes property management roles with APN Funds Management, Colonial First State and Potter Warburg Asset Management. Prior to investment management Mr Bird worked for property agents Richard Ellis (Melbourne and Jakarta) and PTS Widjojo (in Jakarta) and before that, the British Rail Property Board (London).

Anthony Fasso, BCom

Chief Executive, International & Head, Global Clients

Anthony Fasso was appointed in July 2012 having previously been Chief Executive, International, since February 2010. He is responsible for the development of AMP Capital’s strategy with regard to strategic alliances, joint ventures, sales, client relationships and the delivery of investment solutions across the globe. Mr Fasso is also a member of the AMP Capital Leadership Team, the group responsible for delivering on AMP Capital’s business strategy.

Mr Fasso joined the financial services industry in 1983 and has spent the majority of this time in funds management in Asia Pacific. His most recent position was Chief Executive Officer of AXA Rosenberg Asia Pacific and AXA Investment Managers Asia Pacific, where he was responsible for $40 billion in assets under management and successfully set up joint ventures in China and India. Prior to this he was a Director with Deutsche in Australia. As Chief Executive Officer and Head of Institutional Asset Management of Bank Julius Baer & Co Limited in Hong Kong, he built the institutional asset management sales and marketing function in the region and oversaw the expansion of their private banking activities. Anthony has also held several senior positions at Bankers Trust Funds Management in Asia where he was Regional CEO. Prior to this Anthony had eleven years with Bankers Trust in Australia.

Mr Fasso is a Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors as well as a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Sharon Davis, BA (Psych, Sociology), GrDip Bus (Law)

Chief Operating Officer, Strategy & Operations

Sharon Davis was appointed Chief Operating Officer in July 2012 having previously been Director, People & Managing Director’s Office. She is responsible for a range of business support functions including human resources, environment & social governance, finance, investment services, operations and strategy. Ms Davis is also a Director on the AMP Capital Investors Board.

Ms Davis has an extensive background in human resources and management in a diverse range of companies in Australia and New Zealand spanning public sector, engineering, management consulting, and financial services industries. She joined AMP in 1996 in the banking subsidiary in New Zealand and then relocated to Australia into the role of Head of HR for Customer Service - Australian Financial Services. She has since held senior roles including HR Director, AMP Financial Services and Director, Shared Services, and Director, People and Managing Director’s Office for AMP Capital Investors.

Ms Davis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Psychology & Sociology) from the University of Tasmania and a Graduate Diploma of Business (Law) from Charles Sturt University. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Management from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Margaret Payn, BA, CA

Chief Financial Officer

Margaret Payn was appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer at AMP Capital in February 2013 and is responsible for leading AMP Capital’s finance function and contributing to the strategic direction and financial performance of the company.  Ms Payn has more than 20 years’ domestic and international experience leading finance, strategy, operations and risk functions in large financial services organisations. Ms Payn brings to AMP Capital deep knowledge of financial services, particularly across funds management, retail banking and investment banking.  Prior to joining AMP Capital, Ms Payn held leadership roles and directorships with organisations such as ANZ, Schroders plc, Westpac and Citigroup. Ms Payn is a chartered accountant and has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) – French with Pure Mathematics from University College, London University.

Peter Sipek, AGSM MBA (Executive)

Director, Investment Services

Peter Sipek was appointed Director, Investment Services, in July 2012 having previously been Head of Operations. He is responsible for AMP Capital’s client service and investment operational activity, which supports the Global Client and Investment divisions.

Mr Sipek joined AMP Capital as Head of Investment Operations in December 2006, following more than eight years as Colonial First State’s Head of Investment Operations. Prior to this, he held operational management positions with Prudential Portfolio Managers Australia, Tullett & Tokyo and National Australia Bank. Mr Sipek holds a Masters of Business Administration (Executive) from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Prue Milne, BEc, LLB, LLM

Execuive Legal Counsel

Prue Milne was appointed Executive Legal Counsel for AMP Capital in July 2005, following a three-year role as Board Executive and Company Secretary of AMP Limited. Prior to that, Ms Milne was Executive Legal Counsel providing advice to senior executives in AMP’s corporate office in Sydney on wide ranging legal issues including acquisitions, integrations, ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Law obligations.

Before joining AMP Ms Milne spent seven years with Blake Dawson Waldron as an associate in their corporate and commercial group specialising in managed investments, trusts, public listings and mergers and acquisitions. Ms Milne holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University, a Master of Laws from Sydney University and a Graduate Diploma in Secretarial Practice from Chartered Secretaries Australia.
