Adam Tindall was appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer, AMP Capital in October 2015. As CEO, Mr Tindall leads a market leading specialist investment manager which manages funds on behalf of retail and institutional clients across a range of asset classes including equities, fixed interest, property and infrastructure. AMP Capital has offices in Australia, Bahrain, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Luxembourg, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Mr Tindall has 28 years of extensive experience in the investment management and property industries, most recently in the position of Director and Chief Investment Officer, Property at AMP Capital. In this role Mr Tindall led an integrated investment management business, managing a A$19 billion portfolio of high quality property assets across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore on behalf of many leading institutional investors.

Prior to this Mr Tindall served as Chief Operating Officer for Property. In this role, Mr Tindall was responsible for AMP Capital's wholly-owned asset management businesses AMP Capital Office & Industrial and AMP Capital Shopping Centres. He also managed all the support functions for AMP Capital Property including Finance, Risk and Compliance, Communications and IT.

In addition, Mr Tindall served on the Property Investment Committees for the key AMP Capital Property funds and separate accounts, and held a similar role for AMP Capital’s Infrastructure Funds. He personally took a leadership role in key developments for AMP Capital including as Chairman of the Project Control Groups for the Macquarie Centre, Pacific Fair, Booragoon, Karrinyup and Quay Quarter Sydney projects.

Mr Tindall joined AMP Capital Property in 2009 from Macquarie Capital where he was Executive Director, Property and Infrastructure, responsible for creating or enhancing a number of major property investment funds for clients such as Dexus, Mirvac and Transfield Holdings. Prior to this, Mr Tindall spent 17 years with Lend Lease, ultimately working in various business leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer, Asia Pacific for Bovis Lend Lease.

Mark Beardow was appointed to the role of Chief Investment Officer, Global Equities and Fixed Income in January 2014. In this capacity he is responsible for developing AMP Capital’s global equity and fixed income capabilities and approach, and the overall performance of the funds managed within the group.

As CIO, he is responsible for the management of AMP Capital’s global fixed income and equity strategies, specialist Australian, New Zealand and Asian regional equity strategies, and a series of absolute return strategies. The Global Equities and Fixed Income teams comprise over 90 investment professionals located in Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand, UK and the US. Mr Beardow was also appointed Chief Investment Officer of AMP Life in February 2014. As CIO, he is responsible for oversight of the AMP Life portfolios, providing investment expertise and advice to the Board and Investment Committee. He also serves on the AMP Capital Global Leadership Team, the Investment Committee, Credit Investment Committee and Product Committee. Mr Beardow has over 20 years’ of industry experience. He joined AMP Capital within the Fixed Income team in 1998. Previously, Mr Beardow was Associate, Credit Portfolio at JPMorgan Australia, where he was responsible for credit analysis and exposure strategies. Mr Beardow brings international experience to his role, having worked in London for Credit Suisse Financial Products and Swiss Bank Corporation in market and credit risk management positions.

Sean Henaghan is the Director and CIO of AMP Capital's Multi-Asset Group with responsibility for over $70 billion (as at June 2014) invested in AMP Capital’s multi-asset portfolios, multi-manager single sector portfolios and Tailored Investment Solutions. The Tailored Investment Solutions provides bespoke client solutions and manager and asset allocation solutions for AMP Financial Services platforms. Mr Henaghan is a member of the AMP Capital Global Leadership Team and also sits on the AMP Capital Investment Committee. Mr Henaghan chairs the various Multi Asset Group Investment Committees Group which provide both strategic direction and fiduciary oversight to the underlying portfolio workgroups.

Having spent over 28 years’ in the industry, Mr Henaghan has extensive manager research and investment strategy experience stemming from his investment consulting background. Mr Henaghan moved to AMP Capital Investors in early 2006, prior to which he spent 12 years at Watson Wyatt in New Zealand, Hong Kong, London, and four years in Sydney. Mr Henaghan has a BA degree from Otago University majoring in Statistics and Economics.

Carmel Hourigan joined AMP Capital in 2015 as Global Head of Property and is responsible for leading AMP Capital’s $19.6 billion property investment and management business. Responsible for the portfolio management and performance of real estate assets for pooled fund investors and significant separately managed account clients, Ms Hourigan also oversees AMP Capital’s integrated platform of property capabilities across diversified commercial real estate sectors. This includes asset management; property management; development; leasing; research and investment strategy; capital transactions; treasury management; and finance. Ms Hourigan is also responsible for overseeing AMP Capital’s property investment committees, which govern investment strategy and implementation.

Joining AMP Capital in November 2015 from the GPT Group, Ms Hourigan brings more than 22 years’ experience in the property investment industry to her role, spanning key senior leadership positions and roles in funds management, research and advisory services. At the GPT Group, Ms Hourigan was Chief Investment Officer and prior to that, Head of Investment Management since 2012. She was responsible for the overall investment performance of GPT's retail shopping centre, commercial office and logistics and business park portfolio. Her experience also includes senior roles at Lend Lease and Challenger Financial Services Group in addition to roles within Colonial First State, Stockland Group, Jones Lang LaSalle and Raine & Horne Commercial. Ms Hourigan is the Vice President of the Property Council of Australia and is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute. She holds a Bachelor of Business (Land Economics), and a Graduate Diploma of Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia. Ms Hourigan is a member of the AMP Capital Global Leadership Team.

Margaret Payn was appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer in March 2016, having joined AMP Capital in February 2013 as Chief Financial Officer. Ms Payn is responsible for leading AMP Capital’s finance function and contributing to the strategic direction and financial performance of the company. She also leads AMP Capital’s group support functions and operations.

Ms Payn has more than 20 years’ domestic and international experience leading finance, strategy, operations and risk functions in large financial services organisations. Ms Payn brings to AMP Capital deep knowledge of financial services, particularly across funds management, retail banking and investment banking. Prior to joining AMP Capital, Ms Payn held leadership roles and directorships with organisations such as ANZ, Schroders plc, Westpac and Citigroup. Ms Payn is a chartered accountant and has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) – French with Pure Mathematics from University College, London University.

Anthony Fasso was appointed to his current role in March 2016, having been Director, International since December 2014. He is responsible for leading distribution and strategic partnerships in Asia as well as seeking opportunities for inorganic growth to accelerate AMP Capital’s strategy.

Mr Fasso was previously the Head of Global Clients from July 2012, and before that Chief Executive, International from February 2010. Mr Fasso is also a member of the AMP Capital Global Leadership Team, the group responsible for delivering on AMP Capital’s business strategy. Mr Fasso joined the financial services industry in 1983 and has spent the majority of this time in funds management in Asia Pacific. His most recent position was Chief Executive Officer of AXA Rosenberg Asia Pacific and AXA Investment Managers Asia Pacific, where he was responsible for $40 billion in assets under management and successfully set up joint ventures in China and India. Prior to this he was a Director with Deutsche in Australia. As Chief Executive Officer and Head of Institutional Asset Management of Bank Julius Baer & Co Limited in Hong Kong, he built the institutional asset management sales and marketing function in the region and oversaw the expansion of their private banking activities. Mr Fasso has also held several senior positions at Bankers Trust Funds Management in Asia where he was Regional CEO. Prior to this Mr Fasso had eleven years with Bankers Trust in Australia. Mr Fasso is a Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors as well as a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Boe Pahari joined AMP Capital in March 2010 as Head of Infrastructure, Asia and Australia, before transferring to become Head of Infrastructure, Europe & the Americas, and then Global Head and Managing Partner, Infrastructure Equity in December 2014. In March 2016, his role was expanded to include leadership of the distribution functions supporting the North-West region, namely Europe, India, Middle East and the Americas. He retains responsibility for leading the Infrastructure Equity business and managing the Global Infrastructure Fund.

Mr Pahari has over 20 years’ experience in the industry, starting his career at Citigroup in Sydney and subsequently worked for more than 13 years with ABN AMRO based in Singapore, Amsterdam, New York and London. During this period, Mr Pahari worked in regional and global positions, including as Regional CFO for Asia Pacific, Global Head of Strategy and M&A, Global Head of Proprietary Structuring Group, Head of Emerging Growth Markets, Head of Infrastructure Capital, Americas, Global Head of Integrated Finance/Infrastructure Capital, Global Head of Special Situations and Distressed Capital and Global Head of Structured Capital. Following his time at ABN AMRO, Mr Pahari was appointed Global co-Head Principal Strategies at Royal Bank of Scotland. Mr Pahari has lead Principal, Advisory and Leading teams across Asia, North America and Europe. Mr Pahari is admitted as a Solicitor in Sydney, holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales and Master of Laws from the University of Sydney, Australia.

Madeleine Mac Mahon is the Director, People, Culture & Corporate ESG. Ms Mac Mahon is responsible for the design and delivery of the People, Culture & Corporate ESG Strategy across AMP Capital’s global business.

She has over fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry including wealth management, insurance and investment management. This includes both senior Human Resources and business operations roles. Prior to joining AMP Capital Investors, Ms Mac Mahon spent six years as the Head of Strategy & Client Management for a consulting firm where she specialised in developing and implementing performance, culture and leadership strategies for corporate clients. Clients included Coca Cola, McDonalds, Fletcher Building Group, ING Direct, Qantas, Luxottica Group, Travelex, BT Financial and AMP Financial Services.

Prior to this she worked for Tower Australia Limited for six years in various roles including HR Director and Head of Wealth and Risk Administration. Ms Mac Mahon holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from Melbourne’s Monash University and is currently studying a Masters of Peace & Conflict Studies at Sydney University. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is currently an Executive Director on the board of AMP Investment Services.

Craig Keary joined AMP Capital in February 2012 and was appointed Director, Australia & New Zealand in 2016, joining AMP Capital’s Global Leadership Team. 

Craig is responsible for AMP Capital’s client-facing activity in Australia and New Zealand, covering the institutional and corporate, retail, SMSF and self-directed businesses. He previously held the roles of Director, Australian & New Zealand Clients and Head of Retail Business at AMP Capital. As Head of the Retail Business, Craig was charged with leading the company’s new retail business, to better meet the needs of the adviser networks across AMP and the former AXA business.

Craig has been Chairman of AMP Capital Investors New Zealand Limited since 2016 and became Director of Evergen Pty Ltd in July 2016. Evergen is a joint venture with CSIRO.

Craig joined AMP Capital from Westpac, where he was Head of Sales for Westpac Investment Bank. Prior to joining Westpac, he held several roles with Commonwealth Bank, including General Manager, New Business Development and General Manager, Geared Investments. Before this, he was with HSBC, where he spent 18 years in a range of management roles, in the UK and Australia.

Craig has more than 26 years’ of financial services experience. His contributions to the financial services industry have included chairing the Securities and Derivatives Industry Association Direct Broking Group and the Conference Committee. Craig is a former member of the ASX’s disciplinary tribunal and lectures in the Master of Applied Finance programme at Kaplan.

He is currently undertaking a PhD in Financial Planning, focusing on the drivers of customer behaviour and happiness, and how these link with financial planning.

Craig is a member of the UWS School of Business Research and Higher Degrees Committee, the CSIRO Stakeholder Superannuation Research Cluster Committee, and the Funds Management Reference Group for the Australian Centre for Financial Studies.

Yen Hui Tie joined AMP Capital in April 2005 as Senior Legal Counsel and joined the Global Leadership Team as Head of Legal in 2015. Her previous roles have included Senior Associate at Allens Arthur Robinson (now Allens Linklaters) and Senior Associate at Henry Davis York, Australia.

As Senior Legal Counsel for AMP Capital, Ms Tie has provided legal support primarily to AMP Capital’s property, infrastructure and marketing teams and teams based in or active in Asia as well as the AMP Group M&A, HR and AMP SMSF teams. Her work has included advising on the establishment of new funds, fund operations and governance and fund restructures; capital raising, promotion and marketing of new and existing funds in Australia and internationally; joint ventures, alliances and partnerships; and mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, Ms Tie advised on the strategically important joint ventures, China Life AMP Asset Management Company and China Life Pension Company.

As a lawyer and senior associate in private practice, Ms Tie developed a wide range of expertise in areas such as funds management, capital markets, fundraising, corporate governance, joint ventures, structured acquisitions and disposals, infrastructure, commercial property and property finance.

Ms Tie holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales, Australia, a Masters of Laws from the University of Sydney, Australia, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from Chartered Secretaries Australia (now Governance Institute of Australia).

Andrew Jones, Managing Director, is responsible for leading AMP Capital’s infrastructure debt activities globally. Mr Jones has over 25 years of experience in the industry, and joined the investment team in January 2000.

Mr Jones has significant experience sourcing, arranging and managing infrastructure debt assets in all of the target markets of the Fund. From 2004 to 2010, he was a member of AMP Capital’s Infrastructure Investment Committee which considered equity investments for AMP Capital’s infrastructure equity investments. Prior to joining AMP Capital, Mr Jones held senior roles within the project finance teams at National Australia Bank and National Westminster Bank’s Australian operations. Mr Jones holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Flinders University (Australia) and chairs AMP Capital’s Infrastructure Debt Investment Committee.
