AMP Capital participated for the third time in the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) on behalf of our three flagship funds and three separate account portfolios. All six portfolios maintained their Green Star status in 2013, in recognition of outstanding management and implementation of key sustainability issues.
GRESB is a highly regarded organisation, backed by many Australian superannuation funds and international investors, engaged in independent evaluation of sustainability performance of real estate portfolios.

Better Buildings Partnership
With the launch of the Better Buildings Partnership in June 2011 by the Lord Mayor of Sydney, Clover Moore MP, AMP Capital is one of the founding members of the partnership dedicated to improving the energy and water consumed as well as waste produced by the commercial buildings within the City of Sydney.
This alliance will assist in removing the obstacles for responsible investment in building and resource efficiency which focusses on number of issues relating to energy, water, waste, tenant engagement and benchmarking.
